Zack Santos

I’m a Project Leader and help technology businesses and investors make confident commercial decisions around growth strategy, market entry, value creation and M&A. My role involves working closely with clients to turn complex commercial questions into practical recommendations, pairing analytical thinking with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Before joining SG Strategy, I worked in Deloitte’s Technology Strategy practice, advising Fortune 500 organisations on technology investment, operating models and emerging technologies, including automation and AI. I also worked with private equity clients on commercial due diligence and acquisition projects, giving me experience of evaluating opportunities from both strategic and investment perspectives.

Outside work, you’ll usually find me running along the River Thames or exploring vintage markets across Europe.
